My wife recently watched our good friend Lincoln's dog for a few days. Being dog owners ourselves we both understand how nice it is to have someone you trust looking after your pet's while your away.

Needless to say we didn't expect anything in return for the favor, but after sampling the first of three brugge beers he left us let me say I'm signing up to watch his dog any chance I get.

We have three bottles right now, the white, black and tripple de ripple. I've only tasted the white, but it is immediately one of my favorite beers. It's delicously tart and fruity flavor is reminiscent of my favorite geuze's and makes me super excited to try the rest.

The only drawback is this batch of their bottle conditioned beer was highly carbonated and hard to pour, a side effect I'm willing to deal with for such a delicious beer.
